Alright so I'm looking for just a standard kind of assassin PVE build where I can press the skills 1-8 and kill stuff without having to think a whole lot. I want Twisting Fangs in there and I really don't have access to a lot of the PVE only skills, namely Asuran Scan, so don't suggest it please.

So if anyone could give me some help, that'd be great, thanks!

What campaigns do you have, have you read the sticky, why would you want Twisting Fangs in PvE.
